WHO'S TALKING

Meet the hosts

Two coaches, two life stages, one honest table

Sam Morey, certified holistic hormone coach and co-host of Every Phase of Her podcast

Sam Morey is the Founder of Rewild Her Wellness. She is a Certified Holistic Hormone Coach specializing in cycle regulation, hormone balance, and helping women make sense of symptoms stemming from hormonal conditions they've been told to just live with such as: PMOS, endometriosis, PMDD, irregular or missing cycles, fibroids, post-birth control symptoms, fertility struggles, and perimenopause, among others. She holds a Holistic Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Birth Doula certification through Mama Glow, and is a certified Women’s Hormone Health Coach (Institute of Menstrual Health). She continues to deepen her clinical grounding in reproductive health through ongoing mentorship with Norwich Fertility.

Sam's approach is rooted in her own experience recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea, giving her both the professional foundation and the lived understanding to guide women through some of their most vulnerable health decisions. She knows what it's like to be told everything looks "normal" while your body tells a completely different story, and she built Rewild Her so no woman has to keep figuring that out alone.

And that's exactly what's possible for you, too! To move through your hormone journey not as something happening to you, but as a woman deeply connected to her body: informed, supported, and genuinely hopeful. That's what Rewild Her was built for.

Her work is less about protocols and more about people, creating the kind of grounded, unhurried space where women finally feel heard, supported, and at home in their own bodies. (She will, however, get a little too enthusiastic about a good glucose graph or Mira chart. Some things don't change.)

Sandy Adams, certified perimenopause health coach and co-host of Every Phase of Her podcast

Sandy Adams is the founder of Sandra Adams Wellness and a Certified Women’s Health Coach, certified through Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Institute of Menstrual Health (IMH). She specializes in perimenopause. She is someone who understands firsthand how frustrating it can feel when your body no longer feels like your own.

Her own health journey included hormone changes, chronic symptoms, and mold related illness. Like many women, she spent years searching for answers, trying different approaches, and feeling dismissed when she was told everything looked "normal" despite knowing something wasn't right.

That experience led her to look beyond quick fixes and focus on the foundational lifestyle factors that actually influence how we feel every day. Today, she helps women navigate perimenopause through a lifestyle first approach built around nutrition, blood sugar balance, sleep, gut health, stress resilience, and sustainable wellness habits. She lives in Leelanau County and works with women throughout Traverse City, Leelanau County, and the surrounding Northern Michigan area, both in person and virtually.

And that's exactly what's possible for you too, learning to work with your body instead of against it, and building habits that actually support your life instead of asking you to fit into someone else's plan.

Sandy believes lasting change doesn't come from perfection. It comes from understanding your body, working with it instead of against it, and building habits that support your health in a realistic, sustainable way. Her approach is less about restriction and more about foundation, nutrition, blood sugar balance, sleep, movement, and connection, personalized to your symptoms, your goals, and your season of life.
